Things I paid for have been removed from the app.
I paid for a bunch of the packs and I now can’t find them in the app. Specifically blockers pack and some other ones. I’m hoping there’s a way this can be fixed because this app used to be my favourite for tracking things and I spent money on it...Brook.merhing
DONT LIKE THE UPDATE!
I loved the old version soo much, being able to see my blockers and who’s unfollowed ect .. still playing around with the update but as far as it goes it just says iv lost followers but won’t show me who even when iv paid for the premium version on the old update can this please be fixed or is it still some where among all this new stuff within the app !?Show lessBa1291739

I have been a loyal user of InsTrack for years now, while this app is incredibly useful for managing your account the Pro version has just become unresponsive and I DEMAND a refund. Competitor info fails every time I try and refresh and that is the whole reason I bought the full version. Is this another rule enforced by instagram? If so you HAVE to refund your customers who have paid for features now unavailable. We understand when you have to step in line when instagram change what you’re allowed to provide but a refund is your basic requirement to your in this situation. I await your reply.Show lessAdwhisky

For those who need them, some features in this app are priceless!! I use it many times a day. I can safely call InsTrack the best Instagram management app developed so far.

It's unfortunate that you had to remove access to such info as followers/unfollowers etc in your last version. This bring an end to this app being the outstanding best Instagram analytics tool. Shame on Instagram for being the crazed greedy player who wants all the time to restricts all kinds of accesses to make them available only through its own platform.
The best Instagram analytic tool this app used to be has now become totally useless! How sad!!

Gutted
Absolutely gutted and annoyed with this app. I have been using it for ages and it's been of real value. I noticed a few days ago that most of the app features I was using were no longer working. I just thought that it was some kind of free trial period was over so I purchased all the features to get full access and no change.
I wish I had come here first to read the reviews to realize it wouldn't work regardless of a purchase or not.
Hopefully no one else is a sucker like me!!!

This app is literally pointless at this point.
Much like everyone else that's reviewed in the past couple of days, I'm no longer able to access any features, bar maybe one, of an app I have used and paid for since last year. This has happened before, but last time it was due to Instagram apparently telling the developers they weren't allowed to access the information. At least last time they explained this to us.
We should all report this app to apple and demand a refund, and then use literally anything else instead of this app.Show lesshookedmermaid
