Checkfront Rocks
Have used many Property Management Systems over the years as a Director Of Marketing for resorts. Checkfront and team behind it are rock stars; they listen and then iterate (while being sure to not make this another bloated cloud software offering that becomes the kitchen sink of every person's requests). It is super easy to get stated with and yet (like a great designed Apple product) has a wealth of power features under the hood when you need them. Once they connect to Zapier we are off the races and Checkfront will become the TOP PMS in the industry!

This application is very good but it is giving me problems because when you open a reservation it freezes and closes the application.

Honestly the best thing to happen to our business in the 26 years we have been renting. Extremely easy to use, endless ways to set it up to perfectly fit your needs, every report you can imagine and second to none friendly customer service. Annoying bug
Can't create a booking from the app. Crashes all the time. Tried to delete and reinstall: same.
App launch, I hit "plus" symbol to create a booking and finally try to add items. App crashes at this moment and close. Useless at this time.

Basic, Quick, but could be improved
The App works well and gives some great information. It's quick and let's me see what's going on at a glance in my business.
I'd really love to see some features added such as the ability to change an invoice on the fly (add products and change pricing) plus charge credit cards directly in the App.

The new abilities to create bookings and record payments on the go makes this a must have for tour operators who can't be tethered to an office.
