I’m extremely satisfied and excited and just crazy about this store. Ulta wants to wish I have never been in an Ulta ever in my life. I’ve seen it on the app heard about it where I used to live in the state of Pennsylvania at least the area I was located, and they did not have an Ulta anyways I have to relocate to Missouri which, in fact they do have an alto, and as soon as I walked in there, it was like heaven I absolutely loved it. I didn’t even wanna leave the store. I bought a blow dryer from the company lange I was so excited because don’t get me wrong. I love ordering through the app but the ulta store isn’t that far away from me so I can just go there and u can get it in one day rather than having to go thru the website n wait which don’t get me wrong. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that like I mentioned, but for my first time, I had an amazing experience and also I got a cute little headband so when getting ready to washing my face or putting make up on and it comes in handy Oh did I mention it is so flipping cute as a little hearts all over it. I like to leave reviews of the products I’ve tried. For awhile I was getting an error every time I tried to post a review in the app. Now I’m able to leave reviews, but they are removed a few weeks or months after I post them, even highly-rated reviews for products I’ve verifiably purchased through the app! These aren’t disparaging reviews that I leave just to complain; they’re balanced reviews that I write because I want to share my experience with others. Why are all of my product reviews removed? I’ve obviously stopped wasting my time but it’s discouraging when I’m just trying to help others in their purchasing decisions and shorter, less-informative reviews are left up (and there’s nothing wrong with those, but I don’t understand why they still stand when mine consistently disappear). I don’t know if anyone else has this issue but it’s made my experience with Ulta and the app frustrating as a frequent user/purchaser.Show lessApp saying password is wrong
I know my password because I’m old school and have it written down. Probably should save in
a password manager. Anyway, the app won’t accept my password. Does it rest if you haven’t logged in after a certain time?
Also, I haven’t able to receive receipts via email in a very long time. Was told would be escalated and I’d receive an email. Never happened! And why would you email if it’s not working? There’s no guarantee I’ll even receive it. Went in store today, first off, the clerk didn’t even ask if I wanted to use my points. ONCE AGAIN I opted to receive receipt by printout AND email. Never got the email. Chatted with customer service. Told once again it will be escalated and contacted by email. Wow! Then the rep Marvic left the chat. Don’t ask if I needed anything else, etc. Such poor customer service. I figured out why, when I tried to chat back they were closed. So him getting off work was more important than making sure I was taken care of. I come from a long history of customer service and this wasn’t it at all. I’m thinking about just deleting the app. If you purchase things they keep your credit card on file!!Show less
