Unfriendly to overseas users
I had originally signed up on this app when I had an Android Galaxy S9+, but I upgraded to an iPhone 14+ with the same mobile carrier and phone number and I am not able to sign in with a verification code because it’s never sent to me no matter what I do. I contacted the app company and they continue to insist it’s my carrier, so now I’m not able to comfortably use this app as it’s intended. Most likely I will have to grovel at venues insisting I purchased a ticket, even by the recommendation of the app developers.

Can't even login
App refuses to send an SMS or voice verification code, so I can't even get past the login screen. Completely useless. I've checked all my settings to make sure it's not on my end, and it isn't. I've tried following their guidelines and it still doesn't work.

Bad for people with international number
I’m unable to load my tickets because it takes too long to get the verification code. The code is only good for 2 minutes and is expired by the time I receive the SMS
Doesn’t work
My tickets aren’t showing up. Ridiculous.
