Looking my current situation im not able to afford anything from this app but surely in future ill be so rich that ill take everyone i know with me to somewhere in the world where i fly in jet chartered from this app
Marketing push notifications can’t be turned off
There is no way in the app to turn off marketing push notifications so prepare yourself to be inundated with ads. Turning off push notifications all together is also a non-starter since you need them to snag a seat on a flight. i’ve even attempted to contact the company about this issue but received no response.

App hard to navigate
This is extremely convenient when you need to get to a place quickly but the app is extremely difficult to navigate.
You select departure and destination airports and you get a bunch of prices on a bunch of days. When you select one both the destination and departure airports are completely different, sometimes 50 miles from your originally selected airport .
I wish they would stop that.

Great app and wonderful service
I fly the New York to South Florida route often, I show up 30 minutes before the flight to the FBO, am escorted to a private jet and always have a terrific experience with fellow XO flyers. Super valuable service, efficient and assessable.
Horrible experience
The worst private aviation experience I have ever had, no wifi on flights, no seat selection even though I was the creator of the flight, my family is not sitting together, and they only communicate within the app through some call center in Florida with untrained reps. For the price of this experience, there are a ton of better options, this is the spirit airlines of private aviation…they don’t actually own planes or have a standing private charter business. This is solely a middle man to place people in random planes with sub par service.

Full on scam. Lost $10k
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible app and even worse customer service. I fly private all the time and this by far has been the worst experience. Stay away from these thieves, I lost $10k from this company so if you value your money then do not book with these people. There are way better options out there with actual normal humans that will give you excellent service.
This app is just about grabbing your money and is just another transaction to them. They could careless about you being happy with the app or the whole process. Booking a private jet should be a luxurious experience from start to finish. And these people treat it like you’re renting a Prius from Budget.
I regret using this app and dealing with Dean when I asked for a refund because I couldn’t physically make it to the plane due to technical issues out of my control few days prior to my trip.
Avoid these people at all cost, I can see why they have serious litigation against them, I will be pursuing legal action as well to get my money back from these scam artists.

Error message all the time
Downloaded and got error message on every flight journey I tried to get prices on. Have deleted the app.
AFFORDABLE PRIVATE JET AND GREAT FOR VACATIONING
Great app! I don’t understand the bad reviews ?! This is a great app for vacationing to a major city with family and friends or even by yourself lol!
If you can’t save the $5,000-$13,000 for the charter then you can do a shuttle from any major city to another major city from anywhere between $500 to $3,000 ( about the same as first class except you get to your destination QUICKER and in Luxury just with like 2 or 3 people )! Great app

Best experience
I was so impressed but the efficiency and nice as if the entire team! The plane was so nice and clean. Everyone was required to wear masks (which was a deciding factor for me to fly XO) instead of commercial. I felt very safe and the flight was so easy and quick.
I will definitely be using XO again. Also the customer service was amazing in answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you

First Flight
I had an incredible experience over all. Traveled from Florida to New York for New Years. Booking the flight was super simple and affordable. I some bubbly and the company of a beautiful girl for the flight. Flying private is truly they way to live. Wayy better then fist class or any commercial air travel!!
