In the part about app information, it said that it had English as a language option but I can’t seem to switch the app to English. Is there really an English option?

I know this is primarily for Japanese users, but I checked the faq and saw that you can purchase from the United States, before trying to make an account.
I tried to register and account in the web version, but it always goes to a white screen and never loads after submitting info.
I would also like to know if there is a language option for the app or site. I would be willing to use the web version with translations if I could make an account. An English language option/built in currency conversion would be really nice.
