I’ve been using the app for about a year. I find it well designed and easy to use. I’ve had no issues with navigating the app, using bill pay or making mobile deposits.

Kitsap Bank has does an amazing job at designing this app! It is so easy to navigate through the app and I appreciate having my banking information easily accessible at all times!

Easy to use but it often crashes when making a mobile deposit, returning to login screen.

Mobile deposit nonfunctional
I can’t get a check deposit on the mobile app at all anymore. I travel a lot for work so I need this function. It worked up until 3 months ago now I can’t do checks at all. I asked for assistance and none of the offered solutions worked. I may find a new bank.
