When I am about to pay my bills at another bank and suddenly I cannot access my Kitsap bank account hecause some update is forced upon me it drives me crazy

I tried to update my phone # on app and at the bank but calls still go to old phone #! I have called tech support, messaged them and no response!

I find the app easy to use and helpful when I need to make banking transactions on the go! I also like the fact I can add multiple accounts and transfer to and from. I would definitely recommend the app to others.
