You guys wont let me log in. I seem to be in an endless loop of waiting for the link that doesnt arrive.
Never never never again
I rented a car and noticed my name was misspelled in electronic record I notified Rentalcars twice and spoke to a supervisor as well. I was told I could make the change at pickup. Alamo refused and airport manager said if record did not match 100% they would not be paid.
I paid $130 for weekend and never got car. I paid $160 for replacement. NEVER GOT REFUND AS THESE PEOPLE ARE IN EUROPE. SPENT HOURS TRYING TO GET REFUND AND GAVE UP.
This was my second and time and my recommendation is to STAY AWAY. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

There is a problem with the hours and dates
I recently made a booking and when I tried to amend my reservation to extend my rental every time I mark returning time as 6 pm it would show 2am and when I do 2 am I would show 6 pm the day before lol please check this problem

We have a late flight from Edinburgh to Milan Bergamo. We’ve tried to contact Firefly to arrange a late car collection but the only email address we could find for firefly was dead.
The phone number was a list of menus starting with English but then moved only on to Italian which unfortunately I don’t speak or understand.
I randomly selected a number and got through to another car hire company who told me to phone back and press #2.
I finally spoke to a firefly representative who told me it would cost 50 Euro for a late collection which is fine and to phone ahead and pay. I did so only to be told you could only pay on arrival at the firefly desk but she would add our flight number to the booking but with no guarantee there would be staff staying late for us even though we’re wiling to pay.
I’m sure we’re not the only people wanting to see clear instructions on late collections.
Conflicting information means we have no idea if we’ll be able to collect the car. Will we be able to find a hotel at that time of night? Fingers crossed but I would use this company again- it’s too hard to communicate and get simple information from them.

Terrible experience
I paid the full amount for the rental and provided the flight No. Due to the flight delay, they cancelled my car and refused to refund. They just provide an invoice and askd me to ask the airline for compensation. I would never use them again.

L’app m’a forcé à choisir une automatique. Chez les locateurs il y a surtout des voitures manuelles en France. Les deux fois le modèle demandé n’était pas disponible rendu sur place.
Dreadful customer service
Overcharged 6 weeks ago and still waiting a refund
Don’t trust this app, it will take your deposit and won’t return you for no reason
I booked a car through this app and paid $239 for deposit online at the end of June, last week I rent the car and the app shows I successfully rent it too. However it didn’t return the deposit even the car hiring company confirmed everything is okay and I paid the bill. I called several times to the Rentalcars however they always ask me to wait for no reason. I ask CS why they won’t return my deposit but no one can answer and tell me to wait for their calls. But no one contact me in the end. Good Job Rentalcars, for ruin my day.

Upselling
We had to wait 40 mins to get a car as Eurocar we’re only interested in upselling insurances to every client, so by the time they run their rediculously priced quoting system it puts about 10mins on to the queues than required.
They also stated RentalCars insurance is rubbish - which I don’t believe to be the case.
EuroCar that we book was not available as requested and they tried to upselling to Merc adding hundreds onto agreed price .
Got it sorted in end to my satisfaction but very very poor customer service
