Love the app!

Easy to navigate, easy to use. Convenient. I feel like this app is user friendly and reliable. With a teenager needing access to her account for more reasons now that she has a job and bills, being able to walk her through the app set her mind at ease and made everything so much less intimidating.

Latest update

The latest update to this app has added a much more intuitive UI, it has increased the responsiveness of the app, and added a few QOF features that have been missing. I am looking at you biometric locks and many more.

Overall, I am very happy with the direction the app is moving. It’s worth a download.

Incredibly slow but does the job if you plan waaaay ahead of time

I use this bank for a car loan I have on my first car. This is where I just pay my car off and to do so I have to transfer funds from my checking account. It takes 5-7 days just to send in some money for my car and it’s just nerve wracking when my car payments due and the payment won’t go through fast enough and the days are passing. I have to get used to it and plan way ahead and that’s my responsibility yes, but I’m today’s age it shouldn’t take so long. A few days sure not almost a week. The app overall is slow just to maneuver through and there’s no online support for car loans specifically so you’re pretty much on your own unless you have someone who knows the app.

Good app

I don’t have a branch in the city that I moved to so this app saves me about a half hour drive to deposit checks. It would be good if more employees understood the app. I did not like the idea of installing this app on my phone, wanted to install it on my laptop. Eventually found out that’s not possible. It was not clear to anyone I spoke with initially that the option to do a mobile deposit was only available on the app., but not the website. Also, I made a mistake when inputting the amount of a check. Realized it immediately after the deposit was accepted, everything else was right. The only way to fix any deposit mistake is by going in person to a branch. Seems to me simple obvious mistakes should be fixable via phone call or the app should allow you to delete or fix it.

Latest upgrade took a step Mobile bill pay opens is separate browser and account history lost.

Latest upgrade took a step backwards, Bill Pay lost all of account history and payment information for one account and electronic payment is no longer available as well, it now has to MAIL CHECKS.

Needs Card Management!!

Overall, this app is pretty decent. It just takes some getting used to. Honestly, the only complaint I have would be that there is no card management. Almost every other mobile banking app has a way to manage each of your debit or credit cards. If you ever needed to lock your card in an emergency, you would have to call and have them lock or cancel your card. This is not something major, but should definitely be added!!!!

Horrible bank

I used this bank for a car loan. I had to open an account to do so. Paid every payment on time. I left about 300 dollars in the account so it would be there for the next car loan. I rcvd a letter that account was closed. Called bank and they said I owed them. I never rcvd a letter money was taken from my account. Apparently they charged so many fees that every penny was gone. The clerk was rude, I was treated poorly. Don’t use this bank, I prefer Suntrust. A letter to let me know fees were being charged after my car loan was paid off would have been nice. I was never told that would happen. Stay away!

Pretty good

App is good in terms of functionality, viewing important information and making payments BUT there really needs to be a Face ID login implementation added as having to always type your account number and password takes too long and is annoying. Otherwise pretty good app.

I am 17 years old and set up my account at my school n when I was at the school I can say it is very nice, but when it comes to the app it’s a fat disappointment. It’s outdated and is very slow. It doesn’t even fit my iPhone X screen and the fact that I have to manually put my info in every time. Even though I love your guys’s benifits that come with opening a bank account it’s jus hard to stay happy when my app breaks every other time I use it.

Mobile deposit and biometric sign-in work for me!

AdditionFi Mobile has been significantly improved since I last reviewed it in May 2019. The mobile deposit feature now works, the user interface has been improved. I also found out how to log in with my fingerprint/face (from the Profile menu option if I recall correctly), so this is a 5-star app! The only thing I'd improve is the amount of horizontal space occupied by the external accounts page, since scrolling horizontally can cause the menu to open.
