Easy simple and efficient
This is one of the best app really straight forward the information that you want to see is right there in the first screen I love it! Great app offers the best security login access like touch print and FaceID very helpful you don’t have to type in every time you want to check out account is just perfect the only thing and is no a big deal is I’ll definitely love if is a little faster from one screen to another but hey is fine like what is it now so thanks for the great app.

Coin exchange
I went to the bank today to exchange some coins I rolled myself. First they would not take my rolled coin, next their machine wasn’t working to count which would cost me 2% of the money. Finally ghe tellers were rude and mocked us as we left.
To be a bank and refuse us currency to a customer of 20 plus years is unacceptable. Even worse I went to chase and no questions asked exchanged the money.
I use to recommend this bank but my first bad experience was when my credit went down bc of financial hardship and what happened my credit card went from approximately 9% to 17%. Now this? I’m going to look for a new financial institution.

Subpar and disappointing
I just switched to Addition Financial last week and the only interaction I’ve had so far is with the mobile app. It is extremely basic and outdated. My phone cannot save my login/password so I have to enter the info every time I log in, and no Face ID or thumbprint feature like other bank apps. Where is the mobile check deposit feature that the app preview displays?? If the log in session times out, there is no “back” button so I have to force close the app completely and open it back up. Terribly behind the times and subpar, hopefully not a sign of how all interactions with this bank will be. I also don’t love that I will be charged an $8 fee if I don’t use the bill pay feature often enough. What is that about?

So far so good
I’ve been using the app for a few weeks and have had no problems or issues. Seems like the bugs others complain about have been addressed. (06/19)
Always showing error....
Since institution transferred over to addition financial the Updated app is always showing error. Frequently when I attempt online banking it says error and try again later. Also, if u want to check transactions it goes the the recent ones despite asking for the last 30, 60, 90 days. There is no where to go to next page. I am quickly losing faith with the new bank changes. And I was with previous bank for 20 years.

Good new app
I originally didn’t like this app because it was ugly and looked like it was from 2010. I’m really glad they updated the app now though and I’m writing a better review. It looks really nice and I have no problems with it.
