Waste of $ AND time
Very disappointed with lack of support, false claims on capabilities it’s not able to deliver. Do not waste your money or your time on this. I spent a couple of hours this week trying to get the mobile app and the iPad app versions to sync (ironic that a productivity app like this is supposed to save me time in organize my tasks, but this does the opposite). After my first critical review on this earlier in the week, I received an email from their support team asking some basic questions like what’s my email and offering tips on how to make these sync, but they still don’t sync. I tried logging out and back in using my Apple ID to make sure everything is logging in the same way, but still it still doesn’t work. Now the phone app asks me to go to settings and allow full access to my calendar within the app. I go there and it doesn’t even have the option to allow full access to my calendar anymore. Update December 2023: The developers recently changes the images in the app store showing features that are not available in the app. The image that shows the ability to sketch notes and include pictures within the note is not accurate. This feature is not available for iOS or iPadOS. iPad users can sketch notes, but it is limited (see below) and pictures cannot be embedded in the note. They are attached to the note and show as thumbnails.
New Review July 2023: Within the last week, an update was released for both iPhone and iPad. However, despite there being an update for iPad, the new features, such as the ability to customize tabs and new various themes, are not available on the iPad.
Previous review: There is room for improvement with the note feature. Photos can be attached to the notes, but I would prefer a blank space where they can be copied directly into the note. It would be nice if images could be copied and pasted within the notes, and if the handwriting could be integrated in the same section as the typed note. The handwriting note in the App Store image is deceiving. I am unable to rotate my iPad to a landscape orientation when handwriting. Also, the space on the screen is the maximum area for handwriting, so if you run out of room, you must create a new note. The page does not scroll.Show lessDeveloper Response

Planner pro is a good planning program. It has a lot of useful features. However, the integration with Outlook, Google, other calendars outside of the iPad is lacking. Most individuals in a business capacity do not use apple calendar to keep track of appointments and other activities so this is a short coming that can sometimes cause difficulty or extra work of double entries between, for example, an Outlook calendar, and Planner Pro. I hope it’s something that they look at in future updates to make it more useful and easier to be integrated into day-to-day use. Additionally, task should not show up only on the days they’re due. It would be much more helpful for them to show up on the day-to-day task list with the due date. It does not help one to know what task is due on a certain day, and be able to systematically work on that goal without having to switch back-and-forth between the due date and the current date. I see this as a significantly poorly planned program function.Show lessDeveloper Response
