I've been using this security system for about 1 year and I have found no fault with the system at all! I wish the camera was a little cheaper to purchase but for what you get it's amazing

The app crashes all the time when trying to look at camera video feeds.

Disappointed
My camera doesn't work 80% of the time. One of my door sensors needs to be reset every other day in order to work. When you call customer service no one ever answers. You can leave a voicemail, but no one will call back. The chat is pointless. Usually no one is available. One time someone was available but they didn't respond to my question. I'm so annoyed that I spent almost $500 on this product. This is horrible. I wish it worked because I like the equipment, but no customer service and nothing working makes it all pointless.

Waste of money/super glitchy can't view cameras
System keeps restarting and can't view anything on cameras ever. Terrible customer service/support. Buy from a reputable vendor like Home Depot or lowes

Update killed my sounds
I love my system, but the new update for iOS 10 messed up my sounds (no voice telling me my system is armed and no siren when it goes off). Please fix!
