Clear and Easy to Navigate
I love this app and that it’s stayed similar throughout many great adjustments. When it comes to your money, having a reliable place to see your money and spending is a huge relief.
iphone great - ipad bad
About once a week I can’t open this app so have to go to my phone for my bank statement. When I can open this app on the ipad I often times have to put in my name and password - the finger print doesn’t even open. I usually put up with this for a month or so then delete app and download it again which works for awhile then we start all over again!

Exchange Bank mobile app
Because I am not tech savvy I had a little trouble setting it up. All I had to do was call the exchange Bank number and the person there Help me through the entire process. I’ve just started using it and it seems like it’s working very well. I think I would recommend this app more because of exchange Bank then anything else. Thank you for all the help

Highly recommend
This is way better than before. I highly recommend exchange bank mobile. I love the people in the Cotati Branch! Especially David and the branch manager Jessica H. I send my friends and family to Cotati branch for loans! Won’t ever leave as long as the keep the great staff they have now.

Yes, I like the format. However l think you are too slow in posting debit charges, as well as occasional transfers, to and from my accounts. The previous system used for online banking showed all transactions promptly, usually immediately -Keeping a running balance for transactions and immediate balance changes.

Love this app
This app is amazing and works so well. Need to transfer between accounts while at Fisherman's Wharf? It can so that! Check balances? Done! If you need to look at checks to remember who you wrote it to, just a click away. I find myself using this app when I want to balance my checkbook because it's much easier to read. This app has made my banking easier. I love it!

Worst banking app ever. Especially bill pay.
Exchange bank went from having the best online banking to the worst online banking. The user interface is anti intuitive and clunky at best. It takes 4 steps to do what could be done in 1 and even then you are not sure if what you wanted to get done got done. If all you’re looking for is a bank balance then this is for you, if you’re looking for anything more I would keep looking.

Bill pay option doesn’t work
I am pleased to have all my simple banking needs in one place as well as other linked accounts with this app, however every time I try to use the bill pay portion it doesn’t work. This needs to be fixed.

Helpful and intuitive (mostly)
I have found this app helpful and easy to use. One area that might be room for improvement: Payees once marked as “hidden” in Bill Pay are difficult to make visible again.
Also, it would be nice to be able to suppress the reminder in the grey band on startup on how to access some of the features (such as how to see the various accounts).
