Simple banking
More than ever, I rely on the ability to deposit checks, check balances, move money, etc. All very painless with the app. Only issue I have is that every time I go to add a new check to deposit, I have to click to sgree.

I have been a customer with Exchange Bank for over 25 years. This bank has provided me with the best service anyone could ever ask for. This app is so convenient. Even though I now live in Hawaii I keep this account as a tribute to the bank and my connection to it.

Love you app!!! So easy to use, thank you. I only notice one problem with an evening available balance and the next morning’s available balance was different and no other debits had come in. But maybe it was me…?
A Good Banking App
Previous versions of this app had its problems. However exchange bank seems to have worked those out and now it works really smoothly. It’s user-friendly and gives good over reviews of the accounts.
A Review
Well it does the basic things you would expect from a bank app. My most important feature is bill pay. I find the bill pay confusing and dangerous not to set the decimal point automatic is not right it’s the only feature in the app. That does not. And I can’t figure out why I need a choice of a check or electronic transfer. But I am also a person that does not do well with change in my Technology.

Exchange Bank
Even though I have moved to Roseville, where in the entire area there is one branch, that is more for customer service, I have no intention of closing my account with Exchange Bank, they are truly a customer oriented bank and I am thrilled with their service.
Fast and easy
I really like this app. Easy to use and reliable network. The bank itself is good.
Too many issues
Ever since I downloaded the exchange bank app before and after the change it’s a confusing app it never really explains what’s yours and what’s not available and there are always issues it takes forever for money to get cleared in your account no matter how long of a customer you’ve been or how steadily the same checks have been coming for years honestly thinking about switching banks

Like it
I do like the app although I wish the photos for check deposit had a more robust “steadying” feature for those of us who are older and find it difficult to hold the phone level enough. It takes many tries to get it done. Other than that, I find the app very useful.
Needs work on security features
If you send the same wrong password three times, then you are locked out. Why not make the security features smarter? Why lock out users for brain farts or fat fingers? Why not allow a feature to text you to unlock to try again? I’m worried that I’ll accidentally lock myself out, and EB customer service will be closed. Why not allow other biometric authentication?
