I hate it!
First I have big fingers. When setting passwords and such I can’t see what I am typing so I know if I I have made a mistake. It would be better to the password than locking my account.
Second as security people say you should delete your history periodically. When that is done I yet to be able to create a password without calling and having my account unlocked.
I have an account with community federal credit union where this never happens.!
I delete my cookies and everything still works. You need to figure which 13 year old set up their system and then hire them to setup yours. It’s really annoying to need to jump through all of these hoops.

Awesome App To Have
I’ve been banking with DFCU for quite some time, when this app became available I was thinking hey a “Mobil App”, so I said “Self “ let me download this app and give it a whirl, I’m so glad that I did, I Love this app you can do great things, transfer funds, personalized your accounts, check your balance, move money from one account to another account and the list goes on. This app is so convenient, Download this app you won’t regret it!!

Mostly OK
I would rate this app higher if two things would be fixed.
The buttons need changing. Having a grey button with white text makes it look like your buttons are not working because that is the default look of non-working buttons in just about every app ever…until this app. Even a text color change would fix this.
Also, when you have multiple accounts like I do, it is a royal pain to click one on your screen only to realize that you clicked the wrong one because for unknown reasons, the app keeps shifting their order around. This wasn’t previously an issue and has become a HUGE annoyance with the most recent update. I can’t stand thinking I clicked one account to see immediately that nope, your app jumped them around while my finger was in motion. Clearly I didn’t want to see the account I thought I clicked on, but the one you shoved in there real quick. Knock that off!

So Convenient And Reliable!
I love the DFCU banking app, it’s extremely up to date and convenient to have. Mobile deposits are very easy to use and the directions on any of the banking options are clear and concise. I’m glad I took the time to set it up, it has cut down my need to go to the physical locations just to check my balance when I’m out and about. I do like going to the brick and mortar locations but now I’m able to scratch ‘check balance’ off my mental list. Thank you DFCU!

DFCU is hard for arthritic hands on disability
This app needs updating to 2024 standards as well as accounting for people with arthritis, people with sight issues or people who are disabled and on a fixed income while DFCU needs to hire more employees to answer phone instead of being on hold for 45 minutes on the phone with the bank. Upgrade your brains and thinking to rocket ships in 2024 and beyond, otherwise people will transfer to another credit union in Michigan while working for Ford.

I’m giving you a 5 star rating because I enjoy being on the app and because your college’s did a great job of helping me with the app and all the directions with it. Love this bank app
Works well on all my devices
Great!, Super!, Fantastic! DFCU ROCKS!
It’s been a few years since we’ve switched over to DFCU after the bank we were with let us down with account compromise after compromise. After the fourth time we switched over and we’ve been very happy with DFCU. It’s not to say that the same wouldn’t happen but the service and attention is by far second to none. Many thanks for being our Go To Banking institution. You All are The BEST!!

Mostly Ok
If I hadn’t experienced being locked out of my account due to a glitch in the app and my phone inputting text in wrong, this would be a five star review. Instead I am sitting on hold for what I am told will be around 20 minutes while I wait for somebody to get on the phone and unlock my account to merely check my balance or do ANYTHING. This is 2023, not 2003, why is there no way to unlock my account without calling a bank branch? This is ridiculous given the technology exists. There is security and then there is stupid. This is stupid.
Edit: I sure wish it had been 20 minutes. In reality it was 47 minutes on hold before I spoke to somebody. The last time I attempted using the call back option saw my call not returned.
