Functionality Reduced for lower iOS platforms.
Since you posted the last update which requires iOS 13, and I cannot install, when I open the app all looks normal but when I select checking, none of my transactions are showing. All I see is the available balances. Same goes for savings. Please don’t forget about your customers that don’t want to drop a grand on new phones.

Easy to use and extremely convenient
Extremely easy to navigate, really haven’t had a single issue with this. A lot of maintenance interruptions but they do a good job of finishing quickly. Also why the app runs so smooth as well.
DFCU Professionalism
I have been a many year customer of DFCU Financial, and its predecessor, Dearborn Federal Credit Union. I do not often have occasion to call them with a problem, or an answer. When I do, I am invariably treated with respect and helpful direction. I appreciate the steps taken to verify my identity when I have occasion to call.

I love using this app on my phone because I don’t have to get up and get dressed at times and I can see what my balance is. I’m giving you a 5 star rating because I enjoy being on the app and because your college’s did a great job of helping me with the app and all the directions with it. DFCU On-line
Just love the on line banking app that DFCU has to offer. The overall layout is extremely easy to perform your everyday banking. You can also keep track of all your transactions from debits to checks and your DFCU Mastercard which is a plus. Compared to other banking apps DFCU is by far my favorite.

The best.
I’m older and find all access and functions easy to perform and use. Was wary of using mobile phone and pad but now use all devices cautiously but with ease. Easily 5 stars.
Now several years later, I’m even older and find the app even better. Functions are updated and yet easy for me to utilize. Security is optimized. I live far from closest branch but have not needed to use because of app. Yay!!!

Works great now!
After a rocky start, this app has become very stable. It reliably opens and is easy to navigate. Thanks!! (Added in Aug 2019) I’ve come to depend on this app. It let’s me see where my money comes from and where it goes. It’s invaluable at tax time!! (Added in March 2022) As money became more scarce due to COVID rules and retirement, the program has become even more valuable to me. Congrats to the developers and to DFCU who hired them!
And here we are in 2022! The app is still great, but has developed an interesting issue. Dispute having set it up for face recognition, about half the time - most often in the morning - the app requires me to do a full log in. But not always just in the morning. It quite often decides it doesn’t know me when I’m using the app midday. It’s beginning to annoy me.

Disappointed
We been banking with DFCU for over 30 years and very disappointed with this online system. It used to be that you could instantly access the full bill pay. Now you have to go through multiple layers. Extremely disappointed with the third-party who administrates the bill pay. Lastly, this site is down way too often and service and maintenance should not be done in the daytime.

DFCU online banking
I’m not sure what algorithm they’re using but it seems to be that it’s set up to rob people of the $35 insufficient fun fee. I had over $900 in my account for bills that totaled 500 but yet when I go onto the website it tells me that I have $800 balance but I’m -$54 and available balance. I will be stopping by the bank today and closing my account because it seems to be there only worried about processing charges to put you in the negative to collect their $35 fees. Very dissatisfied, buyers beware I will be notifying everyone I know of the suspicious activities.

DFCU Banking Application
I love this app. I have come to rely on it and take for granted how well it works. Frankly, I would be lost without it. It just works well for me. The ability to also get my credit card information is fast and seamless. My opinion in February 2019 has not changed: I love it. My opinion has not changed as of October 2019. I still feel the same as of March 2021. Still love it August 2021. I still love this app as of February 2022.
