Good App Overall
I really like the DFCU app. Easy to use and best part is that it is virtually the same as the regular website. Thanks for being consistent. My only wish is an overall revamp of the website itself. I just prefer a more ‘Microsoft’ look and navigation style site. Seems like there are some things that could be a touch more efficient and consistent with Microsoft format.

The prior problems I had has been addressed. This app is outstanding. The face recognition and mobile deposit features are flawless and so convenient. My compliments to the design team!
I gave up on this app about a year ago but thought I'd try it again. Used it last month and it worked well. However, today when I tried the potentially convenient "mobile deposit" feature, my submission couldn't be processed because of (check) image issues - same as last year. I ensured that I had the current app update, retook pics of the check and tried submitting it a few more times but to no avail. When considering the amount of time taken including writing this review, it's just quicker and less frustrating to visit a local branch. I generously gave it a three star for good intentions.

Not Modern
The app is just ok, but makes life difficult when I want to conduct a transaction in these busy times we live in. Everything uses virtual transfers now a days; from one bank to another, yet DFCU hasn’t caught up with the times yet. Zelle is a very valuable app that cannot be used through DFCU’s app, and I have to travel (in bad weather) to pull money from one bank and over to another. This isn’t convenient! I’m debating on keeping my account open. There are just too many banks and credit unions that are around that would making banking easier for me.

Awesome App To Have
I’ve been banking with DFCU for quite some time, when this app became available I was thinking hey a “Mobil App”, so I said “Self “ let me download this app and give it a whirl, I’m so glad that I did, I Love this app you can do great things, transfer funds, personalized your accounts, check your balance, move money from one account to another account and the list goes on. This app is so convenient, Download this app you won’t regret it!!

Exactly as expected
Mobile banking app works as expected. Mobile deposits of checks have always worked. Mobile bill pay does what I need it to.
I’m an international traveler and have used my card to withdraw from ATMs internationally. Never had an issue, and always had great service.

So Convenient And Reliable!
I love the DFCU banking app, it’s extremely up to date and convenient to have. Mobile deposits are very easy to use and the directions on any of the banking options are clear and concise. I’m glad I took the time to set it up, it has cut down my need to go to the physical locations just to check my balance when I’m out and about. I do like going to the brick and mortar locations but now I’m able to scratch ‘check balance’ off my mental list. Thank you DFCU!

Good app, just needs a few tweaks...
I like this app. It is easy to transfer money between accounts. I would like to see my rewards balance on the mobile app though. There should be a way to link all family members so that the primary could see all family accounts. Other than that it is really easy to use and fast!

Private, secure & good to navigate.
Excellent but one flaw
Love the app. Simple and easy to use, no fluff no mess just simple access to banking. However one flaw exists, when you go to view your credit card account on mobile, it throws up new electronic terms every so often that you CANNOT agree to because the mobile version glitches. Therefore your stuck going to a desktop to log in just to click agree so you can pay your credit card bill or view transactions.

My tine with DFCU
Ive been a member since 1978. During that time I’ve had personal loans as well as having all of our accounts savings, checking and insured money market at DFCU They have always been friendly asking if they could do anything additional. It’s been my pleasure to be member and I intend be for the rest of my life Thank You DFCU Jeff Barkley
