Dear Customer Playback is very taxing on internet bandwidth as this will need to be accounted for as if you are viewing multipule HD images at one time this can cause the images to stop streaming. I would recommend perhaps trying just on image on playback at a time, perhaps it might be worth checking how much upload bandwidth you have available at the DVR, as when you are streaming live view images this may be in the substream quality, but playback is always the highest quality requiring large amounts of upload bandwidth from where your DVR is located. PTZ control movement also depends on bandwidth, if you are able to control your PTZ at the DVR directly okay this may be something effected by upload bandwidth you have from the DVR.
