Slow on launch

Takes a long time to login

Useless for multiple accounts

This app is useless for people who need to access accounts for different organisations. Once you log into one account you canโ€™t fully log out again. So switching between accounts for different organisations is impossible. What a major flaw!
If only you could log into your PC without the app just like EVERY other bank. Awful user experience BNZ.

HI Alveew, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, it's not possible to swap between multiple businesses on the same app at present. It's possible to authenticate more than one internet banking business from the same app though - search your browser for 'BNZ combining tokens' for help. I've passed your feedback on to the team. ^SK

Latest update not working

Just tried logging on and it told me I needed to update my phone software which is up to date but the same pop up keeps appearing. My software is current but your app wonโ€™t update based on that. iOS 17.5.1

App crashing

App keep on crashing and pop up showing to update the operating software. Currently, using iOS 17.5.1. since the recent BNZ APP update getting this message.

Canโ€™t handle multiple businesses

There is no easy way to change between multiple businesses, we currently have each phone and iPad we own logged in to a separate company which is a pain, it needs an option to swap as lots of people have more than one company.

Missing features

Doesnโ€™t have access to term deposit certificates or any way to message BNZ support apart from a list of phone numbers.

Way too slow to load

Hopeless.

Very slow after recent updates

The app was good but recent changes have slowed it down - takes forever to load now, very frustrating!

Can I have 2 different businesses on the 1 app? 2 different bank accounts? Canโ€™t find the answers anywhere.

Or can I download the app twice on the same device?

Great Banking on the go

I use this app most days and itโ€™s one of best banking apps I have ever used. Easy to use, works with face recognition so 100% happy using using it.
