Doesn't find my computer
I have media shout 5 on 3 computers and my app doesn't find any of them. When I search for it with the app it comes up with nothing. This is after activating the remote settings on media shout.
Is it possible there's something I'm not doing?

I have been using the app for a while, but I would like it to be able to slide to where you can edit text in a slide, but other than that I have loved the app.

need more control for video and audio cues.
Doesn't work with iPad mini.
I downloaded this app and attempted to use it to control the presentations while I preached. The app does not work with the iPad mini. I have been told that this is a known problem and that it will be updated.
Good resource / lots if bugs
I love the available resource and the price isn't bad. Unfortunately, we keep getting 'lost connection' hang ups and freezes. This makes it unreliable for real 'control' for our speakers' presentations etc.
Worked great UNTIL IOS7
This app worked great until the new iOS7 update came out and now I can't even put in my password because it won't let me. If you have the iOS7 update then don't bother wasting your money because the app won't work but if u dot have it then buy it because it will work great.

Needs update to operate with the new iOS7
It has been working all the time until the latest update to the iPhone iOS7. The App has not had an update sense December 2013. About time that someone get on the ball and catch up with the ever moving forward world of electronics. Other than that I can't use it because it will not give the proper sign in box when connecting with the WiFi network that the MediaShout computer it linked up to.

Need help
I installed the app. And can't figure out how to connect it with my Mac. Need help figuring this out.
Network problems
I have been using Mediashout for years and was very glad this app came along. But sadly I cannot use it as it stands. My wired church network and wireless network are on different network subnet addresses because of security concerns. We do this to keep users off certain web sites. My app cannot see my wired PC running MS. Check with your network admin before getting this app. I have other apps that work, so maybe MS will be able to help.

This is an excellent app but needs a sister app for viewers only, an app to allow viewing with no controlling options. We have portions of our sanctuary that have a bad viewing angle to the screen and a viewer only app would allow members to follow along with scriptures automatically. Also would be a nice touch if when a power point is played or video is played this app would show the presentation not just the first slide.(streaming). Love the Media Shout program as a whole.
