Work great

As part of our whole Zoho environment this is a nice tool. It isn’t as good as something like Splashtop but it works quite well.

After years of TeamViewer subscriptions, we finally found a secure and user friendly option with ZOHO. Very reasonable corporate rates for multiple users.

Does the job

This app saved me the headache of having to go through setting up an open portal and have my computer open to hackers. Does the job very well.

Really Great Remote Desktop

I’ve been using Remote Desktop software for years starting with win2k and this Zoho rdp is excellent- easy to use - lots of features- reliable!

confusing and poor design

tried to use zoho assist to help my mom remotely with her ipad but the app and workflow was confusing even for me let alone my mom.

Timed out

Not impressed how there is an option for a free version and it keeps timing you out asking to do the right thing and upgrade.

OK now more frustrated when trying to leave a review and a nickname is required which after six attempts have all been taken. If you see this review I finally succeeded !

I have had this app for about a year now. I’ve been seeing the advertisements on social media and was a little skeptical but I gave them a chance and I was so amazed at the quality and price it was too good to be true but it was real lol. I’ve spent a huge amount of $$$ on this app and every order has been delivered on time or most of the time early. To help the new app users it takes about 2 weeks and that’s not using express. Great app for bigger woman too! Hope this helps some of you.
