Sometimes the app kick you out and block you. If you are out of the Dominican Republic it is difficult to get your access back. Needs a lot of improvements.RosselyEstrella
Careful with the token
The apps works fine but I had a very bad experience when I upgraded to a new phone.
If for some reason the app could not complete the process to setup the token, you will have to go in person to a branch and fix. I was out of Dom Rep and needed the token... After a call and many emails, the solution from the bank, almost two months later, was to go in person.
For some reason an update came and I was able to setup my token with no problem. I wish there was a better solution for this scenario.Show lessCJP3759

Needs improvement
I wish I could see the balance in the transaction section as I use the card, it's annoying to have to calculate your balance, the initial page doesn't update immediately. Also, the fingerprint frustrates me.CandyMGC

Doesn’t support newer phones because of focus distance in new hardware
The incompetent development team forgot that hardware changes may alter focus distance such that necessitates manual focus adjustment implemented in camera fingerprint verification system workflow. But can’t say I expected such obvious things to NOT be overlooked.njlddl12

Face ID no funciona
Luego de varias actualizaciones la app dejo de funcionar con el face ID. Necesita una actualización para corregir esto.Rayperezm
