My opinion is that this outfit verges on criminal. The game is a lot of fun to play IF you can afford it. But, they “if this, then that” program you to lose, lose, lose. Even if you buy the large amount, it will be gone maybe as soon as one day, sometime a little longer. But, you are definitely being programmed to lose it all in what is not an equitable time of playing. If if you love it and are exceedingly rich, then have fun. But for the rest, myself included. You can NEVER maintain your coins if you want to play as they will program them away usually quite fast. They hold all the cards, and they use them against you to lose your coins at an unbelievable rate, considering what it costs.
I have deleted this game. They ARE criminals. There is nothing random about anything in this game. It is programmed, “if this, then that” to run you out of your coins especially when the programming detected you are trying to achieve one of their impossible goals. The more you play, the higher they raise the goals. They are CROOKS. There should be a a law against this outfit for how they run it. I HAVE DELETED THIS AND WILL NEVER PLAY AGAIN for this or any slot game, but especially this one. They program you to lose to push you to buy. There is NOTHING good about this game. I’m dissatisfied because I managed to get 9/10 cards myself for Middle Ages and requested one from one of the team when this arrived it completed my set but I didn’t get the money! I love this game and now we can help out our team mates to collect cards it’s not worth helping if we don’t get the money for that pack. So I’ve been playing for about a week, give or take. Constantly running out of coins, even those from the Facebook page bonuses and the four (that’s right, FOUR) free lots of coins you get in a day (there’s 3 HOURS between them and you get a measly 500k coins each time). Barely any payouts, free spins on any of the slots they offer are few & far-between. I’d have deleted this App already if it wasn’t for a Freecash offer.

Why do I never seem to get more than 4 ‘rapid fire’ icons. At the most I have won the odd 7, which is a rarity but, I have never ever won the 9, yet some seem to do it. Also trying to get 3 safe doors is also becoming impossible. I have won 6 but trying to get any more is a joke. Any coins that you win soon disappear when playing. Does it depend on what part of the world you are from as to who actually wins the high numbers for more coins? Yes I will carry on playing because, believe it or not, I do actually enjoy playing this game but for gods sake, please let people win decent amounts. ThanksShow less1227*

The interesting games do not make up for the extremely poor returns and exceptionally poor customer service.
I warn you from long experience - do not buy credits to finish a challenge. They say it is random, but it feels like a switch is pulled and your money just disappears without even a payback or free spin. Too many times have I been stranded on 98% of a challenge completed. The aim is, of course, to make you feel compelled to buy more to finish the challenge.
When you contact customer service, they always write back demanding a screen shot be uploaded. Of what, for goodness sakes? There is no chance you can explain your problem by just sending a shot of the screen demanded way after the problem occurred. That is their cue to fob you off with a measly bit of useless rubbish to atone for their technical problems - nothing of value is ever offered.
