Since the beginning of 2024 the prices on everything have increased so much. It is unlikely I will continue playing at all. The goals, they said are so ridiculously out of proportion for each challenge you cannot win without spending money. I know I’ve complained about it in the past but now that it has practically tripled when trying to purchase anything and the return you get so little it’s not worth it you better of giving your money to the homeless or anywhere else other than this place.. more times than I can even care to remember collecting coins doesn’t work. I cannot reach Customer Service at all because I guess from being too honest with them and telling him the issues with the problems when trying to collect coins from the inbox and certain issues they instead of fixing it they got sick of it and just blocked me, whatever! I look back now OK that’s many years of my life wasted that I’ll never get back. There are so many other games to play that do not cost you the frustration and money that this game does. these people simply don’t care. There may be an occasion that you actually do win and collect some coins but that’s how they start to keep you sucked in. eventually you will lose more than you’ll ever win.Show lessCRAPPYESTAPPEVER

The title sums it up I love playing the games they are entertaining, fun, and so many to choose from that they don’t get old. There is a fan page on Facebook separate from the official page and everyone has been really nice you can get coins once a day on page and post a big win and the people there genuinely seem happy for you. Also any I have added on Facebook have been great about keeping it just about getting free coins and none have private messages me or anything unless I request it. The customer service for this app is above average I think with all issues usually being resolved in minutes and all within an hour or so and in a polite and very nice manner. My only issue is to actually participate in the challenges I feel I would never get there without in app purchases and once you start they raise the prices more and more with less and less value because of the large jumps in required scores to advance tto next stage. This is my first written review. I’ve been playing for a couple of years. The graphics and new games are greatly improving and many games or intro’s are fascinating. I’m not a fan of the team challenges much any more because HoF has made harder or nearly impossible. For example, you spend 50% plus coins just to earn 1% of the goal your trying to reach. Next, I wish they’d go back to letting you delete the offerings or desks instead of locking them in all day. In addition, Why can’t HoF allow you to switch to a different game instead of starting back og the house to thumb through everything again. It gets annoying with the constant adds just to try a different one.
Lastly, I’m tired of rating the game. It’s not happening as much (about 3 weeks, vs every few days). Regardless, it can get annoying because if you pass on the rating you’ll lose less coins. If you give 5 starts, then winnings increase. Since I written out my true option given an overall of “4”stars, I suppose now I’ll lose my backing in 5 of less spins and probably for good!
