Terrible support. 2 months they don't return the money, they blocked the account, they constantly ignore me! Every time they write back the same thing! Return the money or you will be dealt with by the appropriate authority, because this is not the only problem I have!
Super frustrating app
It is extremely irritating that my money gets locked into this two factor authentication crap. I’m using the same phone but need to update my account information on the app so that I receive the annoyingly unnecessary code so I can actually complete a payment I want to make today and not in several days from now (as the app is telling me I’ll now have to wait). Why do I NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO EDIT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHY IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO DO THE TWO FACTOR IDENTIFICATION ANYWAYS AND MORE IMPORTANTLY- WHY CANT I DECIDE TO HAVE THE CODE SENT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS RATHER THAN MY CELL NUMBER???? My email hasn’t changed in decades but my phone number changes whenever I need it to. Now since I’ve changed my number and CANT update the stupid app with my new information nor can I choose to do two factor authentication through email rather than an old phone number I’m basically beat…. Guess I can’t do what i wanted to do with my money / I have to wait until paysafecard card can allow me to change my number or whatever - like this is pissing me off and it’s beyond annoying- I actually HATE this app and paysafecard now because of this - thanks for making my life miserable tonight and for the next few days until I’m allowed to use my funds again. What a joke.

The application is very good, but I think they should put Nike and PayPal gift checks, it would be the best.

I was on G2A and saw that the only option to pay was this. Worst experience of my digital payment history. Just use privacy.com and link your bank or debit card to be in total control.
Not even working properly
Bro I can’t even use it on anything and the photos of the app is not showing on mine like the “gift cards” thing on it
Paysafe doesn’t work in the US.
I live in California and I went to 3 different locations provided on the app however none of the store was aware of what Paysafe is.
Persistent issue
I can’t login to my account in the app because it says the authentication is connected to another account. And customer service does don’t fix it. It’s been a while.
No Login Feature on the App
The paysafecard website forces you to use 2 factor authentication and asks you to download the app and login in and verify. However, the app has no option to login, it only allows you to look for places to buy paysafecard or check the balance on a pin, but way to access your account.
