Whenever I’m not on my phone others cannot see me on the map because it says I’m not connected to WiFi or I have no service

So I got this for my daughter and it was great but I was running errand and I was by the airport. It kept sending me notifications about flights I didn’t have I logged off and now I can’t get back on. I was a little disappointed with the app. The object is ok I wish it didn’t do that. I paid for premium. The app works great as long as their server is not down. Then it is useless. It is down a lot.rmavro
Not fit for purpose
I’ve been trying this out for the last few days and paid the annual sub for premium, according to the app my kids don’t leave the house, when me and my hubby were together 2 consecutive days according to the app location history we went everywhere! We certainly didn’t visit all the locations it had registered. I’ve emailed for support tried everything sent to me in an automated email and no response from an actual person to help!!!
Want money back for the premium!!!!

Disappointed
Even though I bought the premium version the location is off most of the time, I am unable to receive any notifications, and the app glitches almost every day. I contacted app support two weeks ago and STILL haven’t received a response. VERY unhappy with this app!!Leslie40008
No “real-time” tracking!
I don’t know if there is a bug or what. Attempted to real-time track nanny and it said it couldn’t locate her. It then asked me if I wanted to send a notification. I selected yes. It didn’t send anything. I attempted to real-time track my wife’s phone who was sitting right next to me. Same thing. Couldn’t locate. Send a message? Yes. Nada. It will update a users location on the map every 45 mins or so. This is not real-time tracking. You all need to fix this.Show lessPhilnluvly
Not so great
At first I liked the app but then I noticed the accuracy was off but they claim it getting a premium plan you would be able to get real time tracking this is a lie I purchased the lifetime one it doesn’t work at all it just says the family members aren’t responding everything you try to use the feature. I tried contacting support via email like the help section says they were no help at all basically told me google play or iTunes controls the purchases.... I’m very disappointed and I want my money back paid 15 dollars for nothing at all 😡😡😡😡Show lessKsd23-
An OK App
I purchased the premium app but it has me generally in the correct locations when I look at it but the other family members are rarely correct and when the family members look for me I am generally incorrectly placed.Marcusbgo

Biggest waste of money!!!
Doesn’t work! Huge delays! My son has been away from home with his phone all day and he’s still showing up at home. £15 wasted! Do not waste your time or money on this app! I wish I had of read the reviews first.Christilou1991
