Issues
Login does not have a button to show password after it is typed in and Bill Pay tab is not opening from mobile app. Very frustrating.

I love the way this app is set up and I love the way it USED to work. Lately it either hangs up for a long time then lets me in or it just hangs up and never lets me in. The only cure I’ve found is to delete and reinstall. This is like once a week, so it’s QUITE annoying!

Constant online problems
After logging into account and seeing balances, I’m kicked out with notice that username/password is wrong. This is impossible if I’m in my account!! Happens over and over. Time to find a credit union that is reliable.
Face recognition does not stay enabled
Face recognition does not stay enabled and a pain the @@s to get logged back in as password isn’t recognized and I have to call the branch at least once a month.
