Could be 5 star app w/update
This is a great concept - I sit a lot so I really need this app! It is easy to use and has a good layout. I like the simple look, the icon, and the well-sized lettering. The customizable nag alarms are great. Also great is the ability to set the reminder time for M-F (or other days). It is motivational to see how many times you actually stood and what the interval between standing was. Only problem is that the alarm is too quiet and too short. Really need ability to select custom sound (e.g. one that is longer and louder). It is WAY too easy to not hear the alarm and nag reminders as is (thereby making the app useless). Would also be motivating if amount of time standing could be added. If louder, longer alarm option, would be 5 stars. Please add this. It is really needed and peoples' good health may depend on it! Bad usability
The UI is too simple. I don't know whether it is designed on purpose to be this simple, but it lacks or hides too many important functions for such a health app.Greenphoto

Stand Alarm!
Stand Alarm is awesome! Not only is it a good reminder to stand up and move around, it also serves as an excellent countdown timer or other simple reminder device. For example, I use it as a simple cooking timer, or as a reminder to add coins to the parking meter.
