This group that manages my money makes it as difficult as possible to prove that payments I made are legitimate. I provide receipts and proof of services for my flex saving account and claims are denied as they cite proof from insurance also. This is not a requirement per IRS rules but they take it upon themselves to add additional requirements so they can claim my money at end of tax year after making it as difficult as possible. In addition, expect to spend at least 30 minutes on hold to talk to them also. If I could them negative stars, I would.Show lessWorst ever
This company makes everything as difficult as possible from account access through uploading a receipt.
I can access my account on the website using stored password but won’t work on website.
Where is the tool to upload receipt under the “Tools” tab??????

This FSA group is really hard to deal with and takes a really long time to review claims. It has been my experience that the company works hard to deny claims so they can keep the money from the contributor/member. It also takes a long time to get through in the member service line in order to resolve issues.Show less
