One of the most crude app
You can’t activate the app with other than Polish number 🤦♂️. Like people can’t have other countries. So now O don’t have access to the bank account 👏

Blocked card
I’m in Canada now and my card gets blocked just after I tried to pay in local store! Your support agent tried to call me between 2 and 4 am here, but I asked to avoid calls in the conversation in Messenger and email. I’m on my work from 8am and can’t answer those calls because everyone in the house are sleeping at that time, also those calls are too expensive. YOU SHOULD ADD an option to unblock ANY cards in the app, not just those that I temporary block by myself!!!!

Poor App Design
Coming from mBank or any other bank feels like the app been designed by a 2 year old. Closed the account with them on the spot as the design is just shocking!
