Had to delete app and can’t login because forgot password but when I do forgot password there’s no second question so how do I answer? so many complaints yet they don’t do anything what kind of company is this?

24/7 call center girl is really bad at their work. Don’t know how to communicate with their customer. The only thing they know is “U can’t. This is “…” department’s responsibility. Pls call them. Blah…. “. I thought MPT call center’s service is bad. But 5BB is the worst among internet service providers in terms of service. If u don’t know how to do your job, learn from Bank call center.

Customer Service function is for what ? You, 5BB dont know how to use it ? Even I reported connection issue every single days and it's been over 7 days without no action.

It's just show case app for billing payments.
