## What is 5e Character Sheet & DM Tools?

Keep your character sheet ready at the table, even offline. Manage HP, AC, abilities, saves, spell slots, equipment, and level-ups in one app. Start locally without an account and connect to senditout.de later for sync.

Running the game? Campaigns, encounters, initiative, enemy HP, conditions, loot, and sessions live in the additional DM area.

Premium unlocks advanced character and game-master tools, cloud sync, and an ad-free experience. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled in the Apple ID settings. Eligible new subscribers can try the annual subscription free for seven days.

Campaign Journal is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Sources, licenses, and attribution are shown in the app. Included rules references are limited to SRD 5.1 and SRD 5.2.1; custom and self-imported content remains under your control.

Start campaigns together: DMs can now share single-use invitations as a link or QR code, valid for 48 hours. The onboarding gets you to a first character or campaign faster, the eligible annual plan's 7-day trial is clearer, and ads only appear after the first successful moment.

New: Choose “I play” or “I run games” on first launch. Players go straight to the local 5e character sheet without an account; DM tools continue to use the existing Premium access. We also improve review timing after completed encounters and saved sessions.

Ads in the free tier are now better integrated across the dashboard, character list, and character details. Adaptive layouts, clear frequency limits, and improved diagnostics make the experience more reliable. Premium remains completely ad-free.
