I have been stuck in a chat with “support” since November 25th. I get no response whatsoever to dispatch, or even their  incredibly useless “AI” the generally ties you up trying to get issues resolved. So essentially I accept and deliver loads for this company and have been completely black listed and unable to talk to anyone in regards to clearing loads that stay “frozen” or n me after delivering or any support in general. I have no way g contacting anyone from this company at all since November 25th. I’ve asked for help to get it resolved and all I’ve been told is, don’t feel bad there’s like 10 other people having the same issue. Please update and fix your app. As an owner operator. I am begging you

App keeps showing I’m not on shift or on shift for a different kind of load not sand. And I’m missing loads trying to get with customer service. Kicks me out at least three times a day when trying to do paperwork. And sends me loads longer distances for less money. And they hardly help with finding closer places to load.
