## What is 5gym?

Your Apple Watch counts your reps. Your coach does the rest.

5gym is a strength coach on your wrist and in your AirPods. It builds your plan, counts every rep, times your rest and tells you when to add weight. No typing between sets.
Counting you can trust Tap when you’re ready. Lift. Tap when you’re done.
5gym counts each rep at lockout, checks the whole set again when you rack, and shows you the number. The Digital Crown fixes anything in a second. For the few exercises a wrist can’t count, it asks you, fast.
A plan in six taps Goal, days, where you train. You get a balanced week that fits your time and works around anything sore.
A coach that remembers you Your coach knows your goal, checks in on that shoulder, and says “one more and you beat your best” in your AirPods, over your music. It’s never pushy and never guilt-trips you. Pick a style: Steady, Upbeat or Focused.
Healthy muscle growth: automatic progression, muscle balance and recovery. Machine busy? Swap in one tap.
See yourself get stronger: strength score, personal bests, monthly recap. Live Activity, Siri, Apple Health.

Private by design No account. Your data stays on your devices and your iCloud. Coach chat runs on device.
Requires Apple Watch Series 6 or later for rep counting.
