I did not want to purchase. It sent me to a screen only allowing me a free trial or lifetime option. I tried to opt out of both. Then, it put me in the app. I don’t want to pay for this.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion you experienced.

The app does not force any purchases. On the subscription screen, users can always choose to continue with the free trial or exit the paywall without being charged. A payment is only completed if the user explicitly confirms it through Apple’s purchase confirmation dialog.

If you believe a subscription was started unintentionally, you can cancel it at any time through your Apple ID settings, and you may also request a refund directly from Apple Support.

Offered a free upgrade to lifetime. After downloading the app (same day as the offer) it tried to charge $7.99. Sorry this is unacceptable behavior.

**Developer response:** Hi Tom, 

we’re really sorry about this. The lifetime promo was meant to be free on Oct 29, but a scheduling issue with the App Store price change caused it to end early in some time zones. We fixed it as soon as we noticed, but there was a gap of a few hours when the offer wasn’t available. We’ll honor the offer. Please contact us at support@ihux.co. We’ll grant the Lifetime upgrade to your account right away.
