The check will be accepted and the money in my checking will remain unchanged. I have to transfer money to my savings in order for it to change or sometimes it doesn’t even show any accounts eligible for transfer so that I can have it change. There must have been an update or change to a different OLB platform because Bill Pay used to be quickly responsive, but now it takes a very long time to load in app. Annoying for the individual who counts on the convenience of OLB to manage banking tasks quickly. Side note about the institution itself. Again, I’ve been a member for 20+ years and generally been very happy with them, but last month they did call to tell me that I underpaid my mortgage that month by 22 CENTS and there would be a $28 late fee for that. Really??? I pushed back and eacalated up the ladder until it was waived, but come on people - look at member’s history before you make silly statements like that that can cost you a membership. ### 1/5 — The app will not open and I can not check my accounts *2024-03-01, version 2023.10.1.3* IPhone pro 13 App won't open ### 1/5 — Nice customer service, Bad app *2020-12-07, version 6.5.2.50* The app is mostly straightforward to use; however, my check deposit section glitches and denies me access to it. I have talked to customer service to get it fixed and they tried to but it still doesn’t allow me to access that part which means I always have to drive over there to deposit checks. Not to mention that their online money transfer goes through Pop-Money which takes multiple days to receive money through as opposed to ones like Zelle which are instantaneous. I wish I hadn’t removed it for this app. This is a total mess. Every time I make a change & then go back to fine-tune it, I get an error message. It doesn’t matter what the change is - account preferences, display preferences, etc. I tried adding the bookmark back but it looks different now. When they announced a mobile deposit function I got pretty stoked as I live pretty far away from any branches. Sadly, this portion of the app is terrible. After trying with several different checks I finally gave up. Need to have check numbers on history without having to download actual check to review. Many times I cannot download check.
