All it did was keep looping back making me enter a texted code, which I did each time. It never advanced to my account.

I surrendered and gave up.

We have an auto loan.  I make payments every month by phone, but get charged a “convenience” fee doing it. If I mail in the payments, that would first mean going to get a money order, OR start using checks through my regular bank. No thank you.
Who are you to deny me access to my own information? 
Congratulations! I’ll pay my car off and completely forget your establishment ever existed.
