"The feature showing where the answer is located in the passage is a spot on tool since I ask my students to be able to provide this in their oral and written responses." - Harold Nelson, teacher

### 5/5 — A Four star review

*2020-04-11*

I love this app. While I do it it feels like I could do it forever. But don’t underestimate it because it is not like other boring apps. Plus it does not contain any adds! But there is a problem because I just wish there were fiction books in it.If there were fiction books in it then maybe I would have some more fun.But still the app is acceptable and the 3 dollars I gave were worth it.I recommend this app for kids who love learning new facts.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for your review! There are some fiction and some non-fiction stories in the app. Let us know if you have any other suggestions. Keep practicing your reading and you will keep getting better and better!

### 3/5 — I need more

*2020-02-26*

Please make more books or add more books every once in a while I like the books in this one it’s just that I want y’all to add more because I’ve finished all of them and I don’t want to do them all again it’s boring so please add more books.
Another thing is that I’m vegan and in one the the books in another app of yours there is something about meet and it hurts me to see animal meats. Love Nathan. Thanks

### 3/5 — Reading

**Developer response:** Nice job reading on a fifth grade level! We will keep working on even more reading passages. There are different stories in the 4th grade app and the 6th grade app too. Thanks for playing.

### 5/5 — Great during Summer Break!

### 3/5 — 3-5 grade reading app

*2016-10-12*

I purchased a lot of reading app for my two children's. I like the app a lot but there are a few think I would like to see improve in it update in the app. First the 5 grade reading app every time I click on to see the detail of my kids progress it crash and the app closed. Secondly I would like to see the story get little longer and more question as they read more books. Third and most important of all. My kid are very bright, because of this that why I'm writing. I don't think it good to give out the answer right away the moment they select the wrong answer because they remember and redo the test. It ok to point out the passage where the answer should be. The correct answer should be after three try or at the end of the test. Forth, they should not be able to retake the test without a password. The test should continue to the end before they can retake the whole test again or just the question they got it wrong. Fifth, the app should keep records of every time they answer the question whether it correct or wrong, this way the parent can see what question that got it wrong whether a first or second try. I would like to see the answer more lock down so the parents can really see if their kids is doing well or not because not all parent have the time to sit next to their kids and watching them. Even if we are next to them and they got the answer wrong the correct answer pop up and they knew the answer. Please think about this. Thank you.

**Developer response:** It has been a long time since this review, but just wanted to share that there should not be any crashing when checking progress. If anyone finds a crash anywhere in the app please let us know because we will fix it. The app also saves the scores each time a student takes a test, so you can see what they got right and wrong on their first try and also their other tries. Thanks for writing to us - there are good ideas in the rest of your comment as well - we will keep this in mind as we work on new apps and future updates here.

### 2/5 — Waist of money

*2015-11-10*

I got the free version first and then bought this one, because I thought it would have more books and be better, but no. This app have many of the same books on the free app and it scores incorrectly. Get the free version it is way better.
