Many of the exercises are blank. And the blank ones don’t run through the timer so you manually have to advance it. 

The last thing you want in the middle of a workout is to stop and fiddle with the poorly programmed app.

I can’t believe I’m giving one star to Jeff Cavalier. His YouTube content has always been in point. But when I decided to try the app, I was very disappointed when the workout literally stopped and froze half way because the videos were not working. And when I contacted customer support, I received zero response after a week. It killed my mojo. I was into it, but lost my rythm. Gonna have to look elsewhere and start over

So when I first got the app it was good I was happy about it I had started the 5 minutes and it felt like I was dying but I knew it would work and then the few days later the motivation came 🫪🫪🫪A LOT OF MOTIVATION I paused it to go get a tennis 🎾 ball and it said no one ever got a six pack resting this long get back to work . And it said more which is good motivation 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠
