Will never finish update
I waited for an update or a bug fix that never came. App is unusable without the ability to update and it crashes before finishing download.
Time to remove this app.

Won't work after update
Installed the app when it first came out. I don't use it that much but it was nice to have all the info right there......but when I go in now and it says to download the update I hit update...it starts.....but half way through it crashes and closes the app. So therefore I have removed the app and won't use it again because the information will be old. Too bad it could be so useful when going to customers.

After the long download/update the program is quick and fairly easy to navigate.
