I have had the pleasure of using the nudge app and appreciated how it made me more accountable over time. The app has you focus on lifestyle components that will make an impact on the way you look and feel within just a few weeks! If you're looking to create or in grain good habits into your life-style then Nudge is just what the doctor ordered.

Best I've seen
The problem with most of the apps that compete with this one is that, while they do allow you to track literally everything related to your health, that typically means sorting through a list of foods to find how many calories, fat, carbohydrates etc. The great thing about knowledge is that you can track your portions and habits, without stopping for 15 minutes to enter information every time you eat. It's also nice to be able to quantify yourself.

Helping me get healthy
Great lightweight and attractive app to help motivate you on the road to a healthier life.
Drops a star for patchy Withings sync (it fails more than it works) and lack of HealthKit integration.

I hardly ever write reviews...
But this app is worth doing it for. I'm a tracker and always have been. Except tracking data without doing something with it isn't pointless (people who track are statistically more likely to accomplish their goals) but it lacks that next level challenge. Now my data really works for me because I can see how my habits are having an effect and also recognize patterns. Example: my runs feel way better when I have 7+ hours of sleep and eat a bit more in the carbs/protein categories. In short: this is one of maybe 3-4 apps I use constantly throughout the day. Nudger for life!

Nice!
Started using it without much intention, but I now use it religiously. It has drawn attention to my habits and is helping me correct them. My one issue is that the exercise section seems a little inconsistent. The amount of time spent exercising is the only thing that counts, and I would like to see the type of activity (walking, running, yoga, etc) incorporated into how "well" you're doing for the day.

An extension of me
I've been using Nudge everyday for close to two years now (I think). Regarding the effectiveness: it keeps me honest and in tune with my habits without intruding. I've come to love this app and consider it in my top 5 must have apps and pieces of information in my life. This only grows as the connective tissue within the app grows.
Regarding the App and the company: I really love using start up and new technologies because you get be a part of the story and progression. Nudge has listened, adapted and continued to grow and improve with their users. The App is solid and when bugs or requested enhancements are desired, the team is quick to respond and interact with the community.
Highly recommend making Nudge part of your lifestyle.

Really good app
It's a really fun and easy app to use and it is very visual but my category that logs sleep glitches saying I'm not getting enough even when I log 10 hours... Otherwise it's great!
Great app, some problems..
This app works really well for me. It helps me keep track of what I really eat and do and gets me more motivated to do better. But I have a few problems.
One thing is that it won't let me connect to my sleep app called "Sleep Cycle". I really like the app but I can't track my sleep correctly. My other apps are "Couch-to-5k" and "30 Day Fitness challenge". Those 3 apps really help me and this app would be so much better if it connected to those apps and more.
Another thing is my 13 year old daughter started using this app and she gets a range from 5-10 hours of sleep a night. While I know the "5" and other low numbers are bad, 10 hours is good for her age. But this app says its bad for a young, growing, teen. It would help if the app got the bad to good hours of sleep from the age of the person.
Last thing is small but it would help me keep better track. If you put how much a serving of all the options you have so people could track things better.

Perfect app for healthy lifestyle tracking!
I have been searching for the perfect app to help me track a healthy lifestyle without counting calories. This is exactly what I was looking for, because it not only tracks, but also motivates with the score. I also love the friends feature so my husband and I can see each other's score. I can edit and track only what I'm interested in tracking. I would give 5 stars if it had a graphing feature to show changes over time.

Changed my eating habits
I know I have to drink more water, eat more veggies, etc, but... wasnโt. With Nudge - no matter how cheesy that sounds - I started diligently drinking water, consuming more fruits and veggies until the circle gets green. Mad at myself for falling into this 'designโ trap (why couldnโt I change eating habits by the power of will only?), but also grateful to Nudge for this simple yet powerful app. The only request - remove the score screen as default - Iโm accessing app to log data and can easily see my score in menu. No need to waste my time with this screen. Thanks!
