You can use this app if you strap on your orange theory heart rate monitor on at home and it even shows you when you’re in the orange & red zones so you can see how many splat points (1min in orange or red zones) you’re getting as well as calories burned . Perfect for lockdown

Great app! I have the Polar H10 but an old iPhone, so couldn't run the polar app. This app still runs on the older iOS and recognizes the Polar Heart Rate Monitor. Perfect! 😀

Brand new 60beat chest band is detected but won't pair. Yep, the sensors are wet. Strava has no problem connecting.

You have to enter settings each time you want to use the app. Red zone should be 90% of your maximum heart rate. Aside from that it gives you fast info on your heart rate.
