This app is great when it works. But the amount of times my car has not unlocked via key fob in the morning has led me to leave this review. At LEAST 10 times now after activating the remote start, I have been unable to unlock my car with the key fob upon trying to enter. I have to use the physical door key which in turn makes the car turn off. It is so frustrating!! While the yearly subscription fee isn’t outrageous, I expect an app that I pay a subscription for to work. I almost wanna switch to Audi or BMW… even the tech inside the Acura (I know it has nothing to do with this app) is finicky and fails. The Apple Car Play is an absolute joke. Half the time it just doesn’t even work. Buttons lag, buttons won’t work. I love Acura and am currently on my 2nd TLX, but the constant issues make me want to switch over to another brand. I hope these issues are fixed.
