Won’t refund money when rentals go wrong
Ouicar took my money for a rental that never happened (renter refused when I turned up as I had a UK license, even though I sent my license to them ahead of time).
They refused to refund me telling me I needed to contact Ouicar, so I emailed them immediately.
Ouicar responded and promised a refund. A week later they had not refunded the money or released the deposit back to me.
They then said I wouldn’t get a refund and the deposit was released (I can see in my bank account this is a lie and the bank confirms).
So I’m missing over €500 and they just don’t care. Emails now just get a repeated response. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any company, especially involving a large sum of money.
I don’t know what to say really, you read about this sort of stuff happening, but it’s still shocking when a company does it to you.

Can't book same day
Cool app but it won't let me book another car a few hours after I drop one off, because both happen on the same day and I get an error message. I contacted support and never got a response.

Aucune protection en cas d’arnaque
Aucune protection en cas de litige. J’ai payé une location de voiture qui ne marchait pas, et il est impossible d’être remboursé par le site si le propriétaire dit qu’elle marche (malgré les preuves apportées). La seule solution offerte par le site : aller porter plainte et débrouillez vous!
En plus d’un site et d’une app très mal faits (impossible de trouver des infos de bases et de savoir combien va être prélevé pour la caution et quand est ce qu’elle va être rendue) + service client odieux. Rien n’est clair et on en sort avec l’impression d’avoir été arnaqué !

Pas possible de joindre les support en temps et en heure. Pas possible de louer sans permis français.
Unable to add a credit card, support is bad
I wasn’t able to rent anything as I could not proceed to add a payment method into the app. I contacted the support, got a response asking me more details. I answered and since then nothing. The whole user experience is overall pretty bad with lots of places in the app where you have to scratch your head to discover what you are supposed to do. This is disappointing as there are some good things there.

Impossible to delete account
Impossible to delete account, even on their website. Customer Support refuses to delete account and my personal information.
