Excellent plan
I’ve been using Jason Vale’s plans for 12 years and this app since it came up probably 10 years ago. It’s been very easy to follow all the recipes.
Last few times I’ve used it to do detox for 2 people/5 days - the grocery list shows 1 cucumber less it should show 4 cucumbers
Other than that, it’s fantastic!

Awful app doesn’t work
Please give refund. None of the videos work!
Bugs bugs bugs
Was looking forward to this app, using on my ipad to help me focus during my 5 day juicing (I already have the book, but ipad easier to carry around). None of the videos work, and when i click on the Support section it closes the app down completely. Thinking of asking for my money back
Excellent for detox and weight loss
I have now done this 5 day plan twice. It is excellent and I have lost around 5-7 pounds both times. I also was feeling sluggish, tired, digestive problems and skin issues. In these 5 days I have more energy, my digestive issues are gone and my skin is looking better. Don’t get me wrong, at the end I couldn’t wait for “real” food, but a great detox.
The key thing is this helps reset your system. Stay away from sugars and processed foods afterwards. I’m on home cooked meals with plenty of veg now and feel great.
Not only have I lost weight, but significant fat over my body - even the wife noticed!

It just works
If you want a serious mental reset and a boost in the right direction while losing a ridiculous amount of weight in literally no time, then follow this app. This and the 7 day version are brilliant
Smoothie & juice programme
Was 99p so what's to lose. But like all Jv stuff, smoothies are included, so if you only want to juice his programmes aren't v useful
Shopping list issue?
Love the app and I’ve used it for a long time but has the latest update broken the shopping list? It was working last week but now just a spinning gog and the link from start here page not working at all? Thanks
Jason Vale is my friend
He does not know it but I consider Jason Vale my friend. For years I wondered about loss of energy after lunches and dinners and noticed my body’s tendency to tell me he would like a nap. I can only ask the one who is reading this are you deciding to take full responsibility for ourself? Now I am not saying go for the apps and books from Jason, but when I stated it outloud to myself that I wanted more from my life ... Jason Vale’s Superjuiceme movie on youtube found its way into my life and from there I experienced a new Benchmark in feeling great and sleeping deeply. When I started to experience a lot more energy ... do you know what happened? The extra energy inside simply intuitively told me it wants me to exercise - when you have a lot of energy, dont you want to do something? - Seeing that movie was only the beginning of my health and recovery journey. When you feel great it will affect other areas of you life as well for the better. Try Jason and if he is not your solution, keep trusting yourself and keep trying out new things that are great for you. I trust myself to know what is good for me and do you know what I mean when I say that? . I try new things if they pull me or make me curious and feel good I know they are for me. But for me its not enough to just think about it I habe to experience them outside of me as an experience not just as a thought in my head. And - for me - Jason’s Apps and books are written and designed in a way that it suits me. Anyway, my best of everything towards you, my fellow soul traveller.

Oh how annoying day 1 just gone to watch my coaching video and they don’t work!!!! Read on here they haven’t been working for a while why haven’t they been fixed what a joke.....
