Unusable
This app has more bugs than features. Whenever I try to sign in, more often than not, it will crash. On relaunch, it won’t let me input my login information and I have to fully reset my phone. The fact that I have to do technological acrobatics just to see when my doctors appointment is is irritating.

Completely broken
This app is useless in its current state — Login screen is broken in iOS 13 on iPhone 12 Pro. User cannot enter user name — making it impossible to log in. I’ve tried uninstalling several times — no luck.
A year later and I finally have the ability to enter my login credentials but still can’t log in.
From what I’ve seen over the years, this app will never work.
It’s really too bad. The web app is awful and painful to use.

Worst ever
This app doesn’t even work. I can’t even sign in.
Cannot even sign in
Impossible to use. Literally can’t even sign in so it’s impossible to use. Can’t believe my provider switched to this app!
Is this app for real ?
This is a half baked app. It feels like they gave this project to an undergrad intern with zero experience creating apps and pushed whatever they came up with to the app store.
I am now wondering and feel fairly confident that my username/password probably went unencrypted to their servers.
Nothing works as it's supposed to. You're better off creating a browser shortcut on your phone homescreen vs trying to use this app.
Until things dramatically improve, I would advise everyone to stay clear of this app.

Terrible.
This app is terrible. Nothing is easy to manage including logging in. Good luck trying to schedule someone or look at a chart. At best it’s a work calendar that you can glance at.
Seldom works at all
I wish this app worked, but it’s so riddled with problems, on pretty much every feature that It’s useless. It is exciting to see what goes wrong next. For the past few months it schedules appointments for the wrong time zone and totally freezes when trying to cancel an appointment. I keep going back to it every month or so in hopes it’s been updated, only to find it hasn’t and it has new errors. At least it lets me look at my calendar. That one feature is consistent.

Unusable
App never fully loads or allows any type of usage. You just login and from that point on is just keeps on loading and doesn’t do absolutely anything else. Just a blank screen with 4 squares moving like they’re thinking. Just useless.
Still Doesn’t work
Still doesn’t work after a year of trying! The app never fully loads or allows usage. I had communicated with the app support folks but the issue was never resolved. It’s also unclear if the app is for patients or for providers. I’m a patient and wanted to use this app because the CHARM website is so poor to use on a mobile device.
