It’s 2024 and still no Apple Pay option on the app
It would be much easier for me if they accept Apple Pay.
Frustrated
We were trying to apply a coupon with a change only to the tomato sauce and could not do it. Extremely annoying.
Cant pay before delivery
App refuses any and all credit cards and I can no longer order and prepay for pizza
So bad
So once you have your pizza and are ready to pay, you are presented with a warning that you haven’t included any tip - fair enough. I want to tip the driver.
However, there is nowhere in the ordering process that asks for a tip.
The workaround for this that I found is clicking the link to the terms and conditions and then back, and presto! The tip option appears
Except, after that you get another error stating they are unable to complete the request.
But if you close the app completely, go thru the order process, make sure you click to view the terms and conditions, then, it seemed to accept my order.
You really need a lot of patience to order a pizza using this app

Credit Card Fail
Tried to pay in advance after signing in with my iPad. Entered credit card info but seems to get into a loop. Not user friendly at all for this option!
Worst app. Great pizza.
Worst app ever. It doesn't save login data and payment date. Very annoying to add every single time. Other apps seem to get their security cards in check, making it so much easier to use and not order using the app!

This site sucks
Not intuitive at all. So hard to just look up my recent order. Then if i want to redeem something it makes we start a pizza from scratch when i already have something in my cart. Also, wish the carry out option was called pickup. And when you choose carry out it doesn’t have an option for debit, just cash. Always frustrating to use this. But the pizza is good!

Buggy and Terrible UI design
Finding the right button to press when building a pizza is a mess. The big red, in-your-face button is not the one you need to click. Instead, look for the grey, semitransparent button. Come on designers, switch these. Where are your design fundamentals? Overall the UI needs work.
Perhaps even more frustrating, the basic functionality of the app often doesn’t seem to work. For example, it took multiple attempts to apply a coupon. Each time, I was given a dialog box that said coupon was unavailable in my area… until eventually, for reasons unknown, it just worked because it was a valid coupon.
TL;DR: Order through the main website. It’s also janky but less than this.

App login broken
Can no longer sign into my account because despite entering my email and password, it tells me to enter my email and password.
Needs bug fixes
Keeps logging me out and have to sign in fresh every time I wanna use the app. Now all of a sudden it’s not letting me sign in and message pops up saying there’s no account with my email! I’ve been using the app for years and would love to see some improvement in the sign in options.
