A2Z contacts
Great simple app. Over the years I have created a number of contacts with multiple details which has been a real pain to sort out, as it takes ages in apple contacts. Using the app enabled me to sort out a 10 year problem in 10 minutes. I quickly deleted all the duplicates and the app updated my contacts folder, all sorted and very happy.

Very useful app, except...
I do appreciate the usefulness of this app. I utilize it all the time and would recommend it to others and have done so.
One MAJOR problem though: every time the app updates, my groups created and kept in the App lose all of the member contacts and I have to reload them all! Why? Can this be addressed?

I have come to rely far more on this app than on Apple’s address book app. This app makes organization into groups much easier. I have it synced to the gmail or google cloud. Just make sure your not also syncing your Apple computer address book to the cloud at the same time. If you do, you’ll get a lot of duplicates, and in my case old outdated info that gets merged all together with this address book. It’s still a little confusing at times as to how to set it up and add new names to groups, etc. But once it’s done it’s easy to use.

Good address book app
This works pretty well to combine address books on the iPhone and Gmail and Yahoo into one. It has some quirks, but seems to be getting better over time, and I haven’t found anything better so I keep using it. I use other apps to help de-duplicate address book entries, sync address books, etc. and the quirks I mentioned earlier may be this app or one of the others interacting with it, I can’t tell. Over all it is OK.

I like this app. It solved my problem re sending group emails and I subscribed right away so I could establish groups of up to 100. However, it has a few bugs. In the send email function, it allows editing of an address but often sticks. The nice thing is it seems to save the changes, but it is necessary to reboot the app to finish the email. I read this criticism online before I downloaded the app, but I also agree with another comment that said that person liked the privacy policy. So far, it is a good guarantee of individual privacy.

Incredible productivity tool!
I use this app every day to save time communicating with my team. I set up groups and by using their Contacts Sync app, everything, including my group changes, is synced with my Google contacts. Changes in GC reflect on my iPhone and vice versa. My favorite feature though, is the merge feature. It allows you to send completely personalized mass texts and emails using templates so you don’t have to retype frequent messages.

Great app
Love this app it’s held me get my customer list organised and I can send group texts and emails great app would recommend it to anyone who sends group messages and want to keep their work numbers separate from personal numbers
Solved Apple issues
My Contacts and Phone built in Apps were just showing blank screens and were not usable. I had about 250 contacts and discovered in iCloud that the 5 or 6 groups I had created had duplicated numerous times. This was clearly overloading the system and trying to delete them one by one would have taken a lifetime. Having tried other third party Apps without success I found A2Z which has solved the problem. It backed up my contacts and then deleted the groups (over 23,000!) very quickly. The Apple system now works again, but I will be keeping A2Z as a trusty and reliable backup.

Don’t rely on for group emails
I was counting on this app to help me send out emails to my google groups. Unfortunately it won’t do this well at all.
My contacts synced well and my groups appear on the app. But after using it about 4 times I have found that the emails are not received by recipients for hours after the email was sent.
Support has told me that it is likely something on my end, but I have no other issues with my ISP, Wi-Fi, or any other emails. As I write this I sent a group email an hour and a half ago ( of which I am on the recipient list) and still no email has come through. In keeping with what I have experienced, I’m sure that within the next hour or so the message will appear. Annoying when you want to send a group email to your kids sports team with some time sensitive info.
Do not use this app for group emails. Very disappointing.

Nicely Done
Just started using this app and I already did an in app purchase to ensure that it lives on. If you do group emails and/or texts, this will be an invaluable tool. I already have the google content sync app which works flawlessly. I just push my iOS contacts which are already synced with Windows outlook into my google contacts which I do use with some google apps. I have encouraged the developer to do an analogous Calendar Sync app. These apps are well thought out and intuitive. I highly recommend them.
