It updated and now it’s useable
They have added so many new features with this update, like labor times, which is super helpful on the go. Most of the time it was hard to look up parts for a vehicle before the update and you would type in the license plate number, and sometimes the vehicle would come up, sometimes it wouldn’t load anything at all even with full service device.

New PROLink Update
The new update for the app is awesome! Blended the old version of the website with the new version all built into an app. Capability to scan vin numbers & look up vin numbers by the plate number. Very easy to navigate!

New and Updated
Great new Tool from NAPA Auto Parts. I noticed right away that my search history from the desktop version transferred to the app. Great feature and it will keep me from having to guess what I was doing at my desk when I’m at a car. Thank you!

Update app
Can’t log in right would be nice to use this in my shop so I wouldn’t have to run in. And out of the house
License plate no longer works.
Use to love the app. Easy to get vehicle information. Now I’ve reinstalled the app but the license plate info no longer works. Not much use to me now.
I am not impressed
Won’t remember any cars I put in. Very annoying to have to enter all info

Way better than NAPA online, vin code scanning is great!
